The posting

Je begeleidt je implementatieprojecten van A tot Z. Je start met het analyseren van de huidige werking en behoeften van de klant. Via gesprekken, workshops en demo's breng je de processen in kaart en bepaal je samen met de klant hoe de oplossing het best wordt ingericht. Vervolgens vertaal je deze noden naar een concreet implementatieplan. Samen met je collega’s configureer je de software op maat van de klant. Wanneer de standaardfunctionaliteiten niet volstaan, stem je eventuele aanpassingen, integraties of maatwerk af met het interne team. Je bewaakt de planning en voortgang van het project, houdt de klant op de hoogte en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen duidelijk weten wat er verwacht wordt. Na de configuratie organiseer en geef je opleidingen aan onder meer managers en andere medewerkers. Ook na de livegang blijf je betrokken bij de verdere opvolging. Je beantwoordt occasioneel functionele vragen van bestaande klanten en schakelt waar nodig met support of technische collega’s. Support vormt slechts een beperkt onderdeel van je functie: de nadruk ligt duidelijk op analyse, implementatie, training en projectopvolging. Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit het kantoor en kan twee dagen per week van thuis uit werken. Ongeveer 25 tot 30% van je tijd ben je onderweg naar klanten verspreid over Vlaanderen.

  • Ervaring als Implementatie Analist of als key-user van HR-software
  • Bachelor of Masterdiploma
  • Je werkt graag in team, maar kunt ook autonoom verder schakelen
  • Je bent analytisch en communicatief sterk
  • Je werkt in het Nederlands en het Frans
