Als IT Infrastructure Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het IT-team en de verdere uitbouw van een toekomstgerichte IT-infrastructuur binnen een internationale omgeving. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit een aantal gevarieerde activiteiten:

• Ontwikkelen van een strategische IT-roadmap op basis van de huidige en toekomstige noden van de organisatie

• Identificeren van opportuniteiten rond performantie, betrouwbaarheid en beveiliging van IT-systemen

• Bewaken van de naleving van IT-security policies en samenwerken met internationale security teams

• Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van het infrastructuur- en supportteam

• Organiseren van opleidingen, kennisdeling en continue ontwikkeling binnen het team

• Bewaken van de permanentie, taakverdeling en operationele werking van de IT-afdeling

• Opvolgen van incidenten, change requests en service levels met focus op kwaliteit en efficiëntie

• Verantwoordelijk voor een klantgerichte en performante Service Desk werking

• Monitoren van KPI’s en implementeren van verbeteracties binnen supportprocessen

• Coördineren van complexe incidenten en escalaties richting stakeholders en leveranciers

• Beheren en optimaliseren van de volledige IT-infrastructuur, inclusief servers, netwerken, storage en cloudomgevingen

• Opstellen van lifecycle- en vervangingsplannen voor hardware en infrastructuurcomponenten

• Beheren van software-updates, security patches en onderhoudsactiviteiten

• Waken over redundantie, beschikbaarheid en business continuity van kritische systemen

• Beheren van IT-budgetten en opvolgen van investeringen binnen infrastructuurprojecten

• Leiding nemen over infrastructuur- en securityprojecten van analyse tot implementatie

• Coördineren van externe IT-partners en leveranciers binnen geoutsourcete diensten

• Actief deelnemen aan management- en veiligheidsvergaderingen • Masterdiploma in Informatica, Computer Engineering

• Minstens 7 jaar ervaring binnen IT-infrastructuur, aangevuld met ervaring in een coördinerende of leidinggevende rol

• Ervaring met projectmanagement en het aansturen van technische implementaties

• Goede kennis van moderne projectmethodologieën zoals Scrum of Agile

• Ervaring met servervirtualisatie, storage-, NAS- en back-upomgevingen

• Grondige kennis van Microsoft-technologieën zoals Active Directory, SCCM, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 en Azure

• Kennis van SQL Server, Domain Controllers en enterprise security-oplossingen

• Vertrouwd met networking, telecommunicatie, firewalls, switches en VOIP-systemen

• Affiniteit met cybersecurity en governance; kennis van NIS2 vormt een sterke troef

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.

• Coachende leiderschapsstijl gecombineerd met een hands-on mentaliteit

• Analytisch sterk, oplossingsgericht en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen in een complexe omgeving
