The posting

In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol bij het ontwerpen, implementeren en optimaliseren van IT-infrastructuurdiensten, afgestemd op de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie. Je ondersteunt de integratie van nieuwe entiteiten binnen de bestaande IT-omgeving en zorgt voor een efficiënte onboarding van systemen en infrastructuur.

Daarnaast ontwikkel je je tot een technische expert die collega's ondersteunt bij complexe vraagstukken. Je werkt met zowel on-premises als cloudomgevingen en analyseert de bestaande infrastructuur om verbeteringen en optimalisaties voor te stellen.

Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en opvolging van incidenten en serviceaanvragen volgens de geldende procedures. Door middel van rapportering en monitoring zorg je ervoor dat de infrastructuur voldoet aan de vereiste audit- en compliancevoorwaarden.

Je beschikt over minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen IT-infrastructuur. Samenwerken zit in je natuur en je ondersteunt collega’s actief om gezamenlijke doelstellingen te realiseren. Dankzij je sterk analytisch vermogen werk je zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht.

Je voelt je thuis in een pragmatische en no-nonsense werkomgeving waar verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief worden gewaardeerd. Kennis van ITIL-processen is een pluspunt. Daarnaast communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, en beschik je over een goede kennis van het Frans.

Je bent flexibel en bereid om je te verplaatsen naar verschillende locaties wanneer de functie dit vereist.

Ervaring met, of interesse in het verder ontwikkelen van kennis rond, de volgende technologieën is een belangrijke troef:

  • Virtualisatie & Storage: HCI-oplossingen, VMware-omgevingen, hypervisors en SAN-storage
  • Microsoft-omgeving: Windows Server, Identity Management, Exchange Online/Microsoft 365, Intune en SQL Server
  • Netwerken: Cisco, Palo Alto, routing, switching en WLAN
  • Back-up- en hersteloplossingen
  • Monitoring- en beheertools
  • Vulnerability management
  • Scripting: PowerShell en Ansible
  • API-integraties: REST API’s
