Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de optimalisatie en de verdere ontwikkeling van ons Transport Management Systeem (TMS). Je zorgt ervoor dat onze planners, customer service medewerkers en operationele teams kunnen vertrouwen op stabiele systemen en efficiënte processen. Je analyseert gebruikersvragen, lost incidenten op, test nieuwe functionaliteiten en begeleidt implementaties. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over procesverbeteringen en vertaal je operationele behoeften naar slimme IT-oplossingen. • Beheren en optimaliseren van het Transport Management Systeem; • Analyseren en oplossen van functionele verstoringen en gebruikersvragen; • Inrichten van gebruikers, autorisaties, workflows en systeemparameters; • Ondersteunen van planners, customer service en operationele afdelingen; • Opstellen van functionele specificaties en testscenario's; • Uitvoeren van systeem- en gebruikersacceptatietesten; • Implementeren van nieuwe functionaliteiten, klanten en proceswijzigingen; • Onderhouden van koppelingen met andere systemen zoals WMS, ERP en EDI; • Opstellen van werkinstructies en gebruikersdocumentatie; • Signaleren en realiseren van proces- en systeemverbeteringen; • Coördineren van wijzigingen met leveranciers en interne stakeholders.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

• MBO+ werk- en denkniveau; • Opleiding richting IT, Informatica, Bedrijfskundige Informatica, Supply Chain of Logistiek; • Ervaring met applicatiebeheer of logistieke software; • Kennis van TMS-, WMS- en/of ERP-systemen; • Affiniteit met logistieke processen en transport; • Sterk analytisch v
