Die Firma Winkler Schulbedarf GmbH ist ein Familienunternehmen mit knapp 100 Mitarbeitern. Als Marktführer für Werk- und Bastelmaterialen an Schulen und Kindergärten produzieren und versenden wir Kreativmaterial an unsere rund 200.000 Kunden in Österreich, Deutschland und Ungarn.

Da es bei uns immer etwas zu tun gibt und neue Projekte in Angriff genommen werden, suchen wir nach Helden: 1 IT-Mitarbeiter:in - Fokus: Server Administration - Vollzeit (38,5) oder Teilzeit Ihre Aufgaben

* Administration einer virtuellen Windows Server Umgebung (Hyper-V)

* Administration und Verwaltung eines Exchange-Servers

* Administration eines Sicherungssystems

* Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeiter bei Fragen zu Standardprogrammen (Windows, MS-Office etc.)

* Unterstützung bei der Administration des ERP-Programms

* Überwachung der internen Infrastruktur mittels Open-Source Software

Nice to have - Interesse an Digitalisierung & KI (kein Muss):

* Identifikation und Implementierung von KI-Potenzialen und neuen digitalen Tools im Unternehmen

* Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Arbeitsabläufe durch KI-gestützte Prozesse

* Unterstützung und Schulung der Mitarbeiter beim sicheren, effizienten Umgang mit KI im Alltag

* Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung einer zukunftsorientierten KI- und Digitalisierungsstrategie

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung

* Fachspezifische Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* Administratives Wissen über Windows Server 2019 / 2022, Exchange Server SE, Veeam 13

* Kenntnisse über Microsoft IIS 10

* Kenntnisse in ASP.NET Razor, MS-SQL, JavaScript, CSS/HTML wünschenswert

* Interesse und eventuelle Kenntnisse zum Thema IT-Sicherheit

* Teamfähigkeit und Kollegialität

* Eigenständige, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* eigener PKW für die Anreise nach Karlstetten

Unser Angebot

Es erwartet Sie eine verantwortungsvolle, entwicklungsfähige und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem erfolgreichen Familienunternehmen mit Tradition. Flexibles Arbeitszeitmodell (Gleitzeitmodell). Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt von mindestens € 40.000 vorgesehen, bei entsprechender Qualifikation besteht natürlich die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
