Seit mehr als 20 Jahren sind wir Spezialist in den Bereichen Betriebsauflösungen und Konkursverwertungen.

Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n: 1 IT-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Weiterentwicklung und Wartung der Unternehmenswebseite

** Programmierung und Umbau der bestehenden Homepage auf aktuelle technische Standards

** Modernisierung bestehender Strukturen

** Optimierung hinsichtlich Performance, Sicherheit und Usability

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der betriebseigenen Software

** Laufende Wartung, Fehlerbehebung und funktionale Erweiterung

** Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit externen Programmierern

* Integration von KI-Lösungen

** Aktive Einbindung von Künstlicher Intelligenz in bestehende Arbeitsprozesse

** Automatisierung von Abläufen und Unterstützung interner Fachabteilungen durch KI-Tools

* IT-Infrastruktur & Hardware

** Verwaltung und Betreuung der firmeninternen Hardware

** Betreuung der Netzwerk- und Serverkonfiguration (Infrastruktur wurde kürzlich erneuert)

** Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebs

* Office 365 Administration

** Wartung, Konfiguration und Betreuung der Office-365-Umgebung

** Benutzerverwaltung, Rechtevergabe und Support

* IT-Support & Anwenderbetreuung

** Erste Ansprechperson für IT-Belange im Unternehmen

** Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei Hard- und Softwarefragen

* Schnittstellen & Automatisierung

*

** Betreuung und Entwicklung von Schnittstellen zwischen internen und externen Systemen

** Automatisierung wiederkehrender Prozesse zur Effizienzsteigerung

** Telefonischen Kundensupport und E-Mail Kontakt (technische Probleme / IT-Angelegenheiten unserer KundInnen)

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (HTL, FH, Uni oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

* Erfahrung in der Web- und Softwarebetreuung von Unternehmen

* Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik, Hardware und Serverumgebungen

* Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office 365

* Interesse und idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich KI-gestützter Lösungen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke, insbesondere in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
