Die IT-Abteilung der "Brüder Linz" versorgt das Krankenhaus Linz und eine Vielzahl von kleineren und größeren Außenstellen mit der entsprechenden Hard- und Software, sowie mit Support-Leistungen 7x24. Beim 1st Level Support werden wir in Linz vom Centralen Service Desk unterstützt, dem lokalen IT-Team stehen für den 2nd Level Support IT-Expert:innnen der Zentralen IT zum Austausch und unterstützend zur Verfügung.

Wir suchen 1 IT Operations Spezialist (m/w/d) Vollzeit (40 Wochenstunden)

Aufgaben

* Betrieb und Administration von Server-, Storage- und VMware-Umgebungen

* Patch- und Update-Management für lokale Serverinfrastruktur

* Koordination und Betreuung Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Cisco)

* Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten (Citrix, O365, Automatisierung, neue Standorte)

* Abstimmung mit Lieferanten/Dienstleistern und internen Fachbereichen

* Pflege und Erweiterung der bestehenden Dokumentation

* Teilnahme an Rufbereitschaft ab dem 7. Monat (ca. 3 x pro Monat)

Kompetenzen

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* einschlägige berufliche Praxiserfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre)

* fundiertes Know-how in mindestens zwei Bereichen:

** Linux- und Windows Server inkl. Virtualisierung mit VM-Ware

** Netzwerk- und Firewalladministration (Cisco von Vorteil)

** Scripting (u.a. PowerShell, Bash, Python)

** Monitoring / Alerting mit Grafana, Zabbix, Splunk etc.

* Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Selbstverständnis einer positiven, konstruktiven Grundhaltung

* Freude an Herausforderungen

* zuverlässig, selbstständig, strukturiert
