Achtergrond en doelstellingen

Als Odoo-businessanalist analyseert u de bedrijfsbehoeften, configureert en implementeert u Odoo-oplossingen en zorgt u ervoor dat de leverancier en de bedrijfsteams op één lijn zitten.

U draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van een complexe digitale omgeving die tot doel heeft de gebruikerservaring te verbeteren en het werk van de medewerkers te vergemakkelijken. Binnen een multidisciplinair team werk je nauw samen met de bedrijfsteams en de leverancier in een context waarin impact, verantwoordelijkheid en kwaliteit centraal staan.

In het kader van deze opdracht speel je een centrale rol bij:

  • Het beheer van de online shop, die onlangs is gemigreerd naar versie 19, in een rol die vergelijkbaar is met die van een Product Owner (beheer van verzoeken en backlog).
  • De migratie naar versie 19 van Odoo voor onze ergotherapeuten en coördinatoren van thuiszorg.
  • Het onderhoud van versie 14 van Odoo; deze wordt momenteel gebruikt door onze ergotherapeuten en coördinatoren van thuiszorg in afwachting van de migratie.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Workshops leiden met de belanghebbenden om de bedrijfsbehoeften te begrijpen, te analyseren en ter discussie te stellen.
  • Bedrijfs- en functionele analyses uitvoeren, afwijkingen (Fit/Gap) identificeren en passende oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Behoeften prioriteren en bijdragen aan functionele afwegingen, waarbij de bedrijfswaarde wordt gemaximaliseerd.
  • Gebruikers en de leverancier uitdagen om de voorkeur te geven aan eenvoudige, efficiënte en duurzame oplossingen.
  • Odoo-modules configureren en implementeren in samenwerking met de ontwikkelaars.
  • De gebruikerstestfasen (UAT) coördineren, de feedback opvolgen en de kwaliteit van de deliverables waarborgen.
  • Een sleutelrol spelen tijdens de implementatie- en hypercare-fasen om de oplossing te stabiliseren en gebruikers te begeleiden.
  • Kansen voor voortdurende optimalisatie identificeren, gebruikers opleiden en de acceptatie van de oplossing bevorderen.

De opdracht vindt plaats in het kader van een zwangerschapsverlof: u krijgt aan het begin van de opdracht een inwerkperiode en aan het einde ervan wordt een overdracht verwacht.

  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Business Analist, Functioneel Analist of Functioneel Consultant bij Odoo.
  • Je bent in staat om de zakelijke uitdagingen te begrijpen en deze te vertalen naar passende functionele oplossingen.
  • Ervaring als Product Owner is een echte pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische, synthetische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, pragmatisch en streeft ernaar concrete impact te genereren voor de gebruikers en de organisatie.
  • Je weet de behoeften kritisch te bekijken, terwijl je het creëren van waarde voor de klant centraal stelt in je beslissingen.
  • Je beheerst het Frans; kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
