  • Ontwikkelen en operationaliseren van de cybersecuritystrategie en meerjarige roadmap
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van het Information Security Management System (ISMS) en het governancekader
  • Leiden van het Security by Design-programma en integreren van security in projecten, processen, systemen en digitale initiatieven
  • Identificeren, analyseren en opvolgen van cyberrisico's, inclusief risicoregisters, behandelplannen en restrisico's
  • Integreren van cyberrisicobeheer in Enterprise Risk Management
  • Adviseren van business en IT over cybersecurity, cloud, data, AI en digitale transformaties
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van securitybeleid, standaarden en richtlijnen
  • Begeleiden van audits, gap assessments, maturity assessments en control assessments
  • Toezien op compliance met ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR en relevante sectorale verplichtingen
  • Beoordelen van penetratietesten, risicoanalyses en technische security-assessments
  • Ontwikkelen van KPI's, KRI's en rapporteringen voor directie, Audit Committee en Raad van Bestuur
  • Opvolgen van security-incidenten, root-cause analyses en structurele verbeteracties vanuit de tweede lijn
  • Ondersteunen van Third-Party Risk Management en securitybeoordelingen van kritieke leveranciers
  • Uitbouwen van security awareness en een organisatiebrede veiligheidscultuur
  • Creëren van draagvlak en stimuleren van samenwerking tussen directie, business, IT en andere stakeholders
  • Bewaken van de voortgang en effectiviteit van het cybersecurityprogramma en onafhankelijk escaleren van materiële risico's
  • Minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring in cybersecurity, informatiebeveiliging, cyberrisicobeheer of cybersecuritygovernance
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als CISO, Vciso of senior cybersecurityadviseur
  • Ervaring met het uitwerken en aansturen van meerjarige cybersecurity- en transformatieprogramma's
  • Grondige kennis van ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, cyberriskmanagement en cybersecuritygovernance
  • Voldoende technische kennis om risicoanalyses, penetratietesten en security-assessments inhoudelijk te beoordelen
  • Brede kennis van IAM, dataprotectie, DevSecOps, detectie en respons en Third-Party Risk Management
  • Ervaring met audits, maturity assessments en het opvolgen van verbetermaatregelen
  • Ervaring met rapportering aan directie, Audit Committee of Raad van Bestuur
  • Strategisch inzicht gecombineerd met een pragmatische, hands-on aanpak
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om technische risico's te vertalen naar concrete businessimpact
  • Sterk in stakeholdermanagement, advisering, overtuigingskracht en het creëren van draagvlak
  • Onafhankelijk en kritisch kunnen adviseren vanuit een tweedelijnsfunctie, met respect voor het eigenaarschap van business en IT
  • Bereidheid om zelf analyses, concrete oplossingen en deliverables uit te werken
  • Meerwaarde: ervaring met digitalisering, cloudtransformatie, data- en AI-initiatieven
