Verantwoordelijk voor de volledige levenscyclus van bedrijfskritische R&D-applicaties, waaronder platformbeheer, infrastructuurstrategie, leveranciersbeheer, productroadmap, budgetbeheer en continue verbetering van de dienstverlening.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • End-to-end verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor bedrijfskritische engineeringapplicaties gedurende hun volledige levenscyclus
  • Nauw samenwerken met het business team, engineering/design en cross-functionele teams om projecten tijdig op te leveren volgens het PMO-proces
  • Definiëren en communiceren van de productvisie, strategie en roadmap, afgestemd op bedrijfsdoelstellingen
  • Prioriteren van features en beheren van de product backlog om de waarde voor de klant en de business te maximaliseren
  • De functie bevindt zich op het snijvlak van infrastructuurbeheer, applicatiemanagement, product ownership, leveranciersmanagement en financieel beheer. Je fungeert als eindverantwoordelijk voor zowel het technische platform als de waarde die dit platform voor de business oplevert
  • Vertalen van klantbehoeften en inzichten naar gedetailleerde productrequirements en user stories in Jira
  • Monitoren van de prestaties, analyseren van data en stimuleren van continue verbeteringen na de lancering van het product
  • Samenwerken met Product Owners en stakeholders om feedback te verzamelen, ideeën te valideren, een succesvolle adoptie van het product te verzekeren en ondersteuning te bieden
  • Beheren van productbudgetten, zowel CAPEX als OPEX, inclusief betrokkenheid bij PO-activiteiten, het voorspellen van de financiële impact en het nemen van datagedreven beslissingen om de kosten op lange termijn te optimaliseren
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • 6-10 jaar ervaring in de rol (Application Platform Manager/Technical Service Owner)
  • Hands-on ervaring met Windows- en Linux-platformen voor het uitvoeren en onderhouden van applicatiedeployments
  • Ervaring met het ontwerpen en plannen van infrastructuur voor de implementatie van maatwerkapplicaties
  • Ervaring met het beheren van licentieservers en bijhorende tools, zoals Flexlm of Lmtools, inclusief licentie-updates, troubleshooting en coördinatie met leveranciers voor verlengingen
  • Ervaring met het administreren en beheren van ALM-platformen, zoals Ptc-producten
  • Ervaring met het beheren van applicatie-upgrades en migraties, en met het uitvoeren van disaster recovery (DR)-activiteiten
  • Ervaring met samenwerking binnen cross-functionele teams voor het ontwerp en de oplevering van projecten
  • Bereidheid en flexibiliteit om buiten de normale kantooruren te werken voor upgrades en migraties wanneer nodig
  • Goede kennis en begrip van containerisatieplatformen, zoals AWS ECS of vergelijkbare platformen
  • Goede kennis van end-to-end infrastructuurtechnologieën
  • Bieden van end-user support aan R&D-engineers voor maatwerkapplicaties en oplossen van BAU-issues
  • Sterke vaardigheden op het vlak van product- en projectmanagement
  • Pluspunten: ITIL4, project management, AWS CloudOps/Solutions Architect en een Product Owner-certificering (PSPO/CSPO)
  • Talen: Vloeiend Engels, Nederlands is een pluspunt
