Sander recrute pour un Project Manager pour un acteur retail international en forte croissance, situé à Nivelles et présent dans plusieurs pays européens.

Notre client est un acteur retail international en forte croissance, présent dans plusieurs pays européens. Dans le cadre de sa transformation IT, il renforce son pôle Build, dédié au Project Delivery et au Software Engineering, et recherche un IT Project Manager expérimenté pour piloter plusieurs projets stratégiques simultanément.

Role

Vous intégrez une organisation en pleine évolution et prenez en charge le pilotage de plusieurs projets IT de tailles et de complexités variables. Votre rôle est clair : cadrer, structurer et livrer. Pas de double casquette BA ou fonctionnel attendue.

Parmi les projets en cours ou à venir :

  • Déploiement de solutions e-commerce dans de nouveaux pays
  • Remplacement d'un Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Lancement d'applications collaborateurs en magasin
  • Projets de transformation Finance et Supply Chain
  • Déploiement et renforcement de solutions IT multi-pays

Vous serez responsable du planning, du budget, de la qualité, de la coordination des ressources, du suivi des intégrations et du respect des délais. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes IT, les métiers, les partenaires externes et les stakeholders internationaux.

Profile

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets IT complexes et multi-workstreams
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément avec des niveaux de complexité variables
  • Solide en stakeholder management et communication
  • À l'aise dans un environnement en évolution rapide, capable de structurer sans bureaucratiser
  • Autonome, proactif(ve), pragmatique
  • Une expérience en environnements Retail, e-commerce, ERP, CRM ou Supply Chain est un vrai plus
