Du möchtest internationale IT-Projekte mit hoher strategischer Relevanz steuern und aktiv zum Erfolg von Unternehmensintegrationen beitragen? Du bringst Projektmanagement-Erfahrung mit und möchtest dich im spannenden Umfeld von Mergers & Acquisitions weiterentwickeln? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und begleite internationale Post Merger Integrationen bei ALPLA.

* Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung internationaler IT-Projekte

* Begleitung von Post Merger Integrationen von der Due Diligence bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe in den Regelbetrieb

* Steuerung von Projektumfang, Zeitplänen, Budgets, Ressourcen sowie Risiken und Abhängigkeiten

* Koordination internationaler IT-Teams und relevanter Stakeholder

* Unterstützung der IT-Readiness für Day 1, Closing und Integrationsphasen

* Abstimmung und Steuerung von Themen rund um Infrastruktur, Netzwerk, Workplace, Security, Identity Management, ERP und Applikationen

* Transparente Kommunikation des Projektfortschritts sowie aktives Management offener Entscheidungen

* Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Standards und Best Practices im Bereich IT Integration

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Expertinnen und Experten sowie Business-Stakeholdern weltweit

Das bringst du mit

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement und in der eigenständigen Steuerung komplexer Projekte

* Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management sowie in der Koordination mehrerer paralleler Workstreams

* Sicherer Umgang mit Projektplanung, Meilensteinen, Budgets und Risikomanagement

* Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu strukturieren und zielgerichtet voranzutreiben

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten

* Gutes Verständnis von IT-Landschaften und technologischen Zusammenhängen

* Strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
