IT Project Portfolio Manager (w/m/d) 1 IT Project Portfolio Manager (w/m/d) Deine Aufgaben bei uns

* Operatives Tagesgeschäft: Koordination & Durchführung von IT-Entscheidungsgremien, Administration aller Projekte der Konzern IT

* Transparenz & Reporting: Erstellung von Dashboards, Statusberichten und Entscheidungsunterlagen für Management und Steering Committee

* Stakeholder-Management: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit ProjektleiterInnen, Product Ownern, Controlling und allen Fachbereichen

* Governance & Entscheidungsprozesse: Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung von Portfolio-Prozessen, Projektbewertungskriterien und Projekt Management Standards

* Tool-Management & Systemkompetenz: Selbstständige Beratung der Anwender und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Projektmanagement-Softwarelandschaft (z.B. Atlassian, SharePoint)

Das bringst Du mit

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Projektmanagement, PMO oder Portfolio Management

* Kommunikationsstärke: Sicheres Auftreten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte adressatengerecht auf allen Ebenen der Organisation zu vermitteln

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Projektmanagementsoftware, idealerweise Atlassian & Microsoft SharePoint

* Teamfähigkeit: Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams

* IT-Affinität: Interesse an modernen IT-Systemen, digitalen Arbeitsumgebungen und technologischen Trends

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder anderweitig managementorientierten Studiengängen

Bei Erfüllung oben genannter Kriterien bieten wir ein wettbewerbsfähiges Jahresbruttogehalt (Basis Vollzeit) ab rund EUR 55.000,-- brutto pro Jahr an. Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gegeben.
