Du unterstützt Organisationen dabei, die Informationssicherheit strategisch zu verankern, Prozesse zu verbessern und nachhaltige Lösungen zu etablieren. Dabei übernimmst du Schritt für Schritt Verantwortung, bringst deine Ideen ein und entwickelst dich gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen weiter.

Responsibilities Deine Mission bei uns

* Du unterstützt unsere Kundinnen und Kunden bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Information Security Management Systemen (ISMS) - z. B. nach ISO 27001 oder dem BSI IT-Grundschutz. * Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen analysierst du bestehende Sicherheitsstrukturen, identifizierst potenzielle Risiken, Schwachstellen und arbeitest an konkreten Lösungen. * Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Konzepten und Risikoanalysen mit - und lernst Best Practices, Normen und Standards im Projektkontext kennen. * Du unterstützt unsere Kundinnen und Kunden in Workshops und hilfst dabei, ihre Organisation sicherheitskonform aufzustellen. * Mit der Zeit übernimmst du mehr Verantwortung in Projekten - von der Unterstützung von Projektteams bis zur eigenständigen Projektdurchführung. * Du bringst dich aktiv ins Team ein, tauschst Wissen mit Senior Consultants aus und entwickelst dich kontinuierlich weiter - durch internes Mentoring und gezielte Trainings.

Qualifications Was dich auszeichnet

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-nahen Umfeld oder abgeschlossenes Studium im MINT-Bereich - oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Beratungserfahrung im IT- oder Technologieumfeld (z. B. durch Projekte, Praktika, erste Vollzeiterfahrung) * Grundlegendes Verständnis von Informationssicherheit, IT-Sicherheitsstandards oder Risikomanagement * Interesse an Themen wie Information Security Management, Sicherheitsprozessen oder verwandten Sicherheitsstandards * Du lernst gern Neues, zeigst Eigeninitiative und arbeitest gut im Team * Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch - und bist motiviert, dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
