Deine Aufgaben und Schwerpunkte

Als IT Service & Business Analyst übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Service- und Systemlandschaft. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf Business Analyse und Systembetreuung - der IT-Service-Aspekt bildet die operative Basis. Du bist zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und externen Partnern und trägst aktiv dazu bei, unsere Prozesse und Systeme effizienter, transparenter und zukunftsfähig zu gestalten. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf unserem zentralen Transport Management System (LBase), dass die operative Abwicklung unserer Logistikprozesse steuert, sowie auf Schnittstellen, Datenflüssen und IT-Service-Prozessen.

* Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unseres Transport Management Systems LBase * Aufnahme und Strukturierung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen sowie Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern bei Anpassungen und Weiterentwicklungen * Analyse, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Incidents, Service Requests und wiederkehrenden Problemfällen * Mitarbeit bei Schnittstellen, Systemanbindungen und der Analyse von Datenflüssen und technischen Abhängigkeiten * Analyse und Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen, Erstellung von Prozessbeschreibungen und Entscheidungsvorlagen * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten, der Einführung neuer Systeme und digitalen Optimierungsmaßnahmen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, Fachschule, Kolleg, Studium oder vergleichbar) bzw engagierter Quereinsteiger * Von Vorteil: Berufserfahrung in einer IT-nahen Rolle, z. B. IT-Service, Application Support, Business Analyse, Requirements Engineering oder Systembetreuung - inklusive gutem Verständnis für IT-Systeme und Geschäftsprozesse * Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit Business-Applikationen, Schnittstellen/APIs sowie Grundkenntnisse in Python oder (PL)SQL - keine Voraussetzung * Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, gemeinsam mit uns etwas aufzubauen * Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Für diese Position kommt der Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Speditions- und Logistikgewerbe zur Anwendung. Die kollektivvertragliche Einstufung erfolgt in der Beschäftigungsgruppe B mit einem KV-Mindestgehalt von EUR 38.333,40 brutto jährlich auf Vollzeitbasis.

Das tatsächliche Gehaltspaket liegt deutlich über dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt und wird abhängig von Qualifikation, Erfahrung und Verantwortungsumfang individuell vereinbart.
