Du hast Erfahrung im IT Service Management und möchtest nicht nur bestehende Services verwalten, sondern Strukturen aktiv weiterentwickeln und neue Standards etablieren? Dann erwartet dich bei uns eine Rolle mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum: Als IT Service Manager Infrastructure (m/w/d) verantwortest du am Standort Wien, Laakirchen oder Pöls die Qualität und Weiterentwicklung unserer Infrastructure Services und gestaltest gleichzeitig den weiteren Aufbau unseres Service Managements maßgeblich mit.

Was erwartet dich?

* Du verantwortest die Qualität und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Infrastructure Services

* Entwicklung unserer Service-Management-Plattform Matrix42 weiter und sorgst für eine optimale Nutzung.

* Gestaltung, Optimierung & Standardisierung von IT-Service-Management-Prozessen

* Du entwickelst Service Levels und KPIs, behältst deren Einhaltung im Blick und leitest Verbesserungen daraus ab

* Analyse von Betriebs- und Servicekennzahlen und Umsetzung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen mit den beteiligten Teams

* Begleitung der Einführung neuer Infrastructure Services und Technologien

* Schaffung transparenter Strukturen und Sicherstellung einer professionellen und serviceorientierten Betriebsführung

* Du gestaltest aktiv mit, wie unser Infrastructure Service Management künftig aufgestellt sein wird.

Was erwarten wir?

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Service Management oder Infrastruktur-Umfeld

* Gute Kenntnisse in Bereichen wie IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud, Workplace oder Netzwerk

* Erfahrung mit ITSM-Prozessen und ITIL

* Erfahrung mit IT-Service-Management-Tools, idealerweise Matrix42

* Eine strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Teams und Stakeholder zusammenzubringen

* Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Strukturen aufzubauen, Prozesse zu verbessern und Veränderungen voranzutreiben
