Wir suchen für unseren Auftraggeber 1 IT Service Manager (w/m/d) Unser Kunde ist ein renommiertes Unternehmen im Bereich Zahlungsverkehr mit Sitz in Wien und zählt zu den zentralen Akteuren im österreichischen Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld. Mit innovativen Lösungen rund um digitale Transaktionen gestaltet das Unternehmen die Zukunft des Payment- und Identity-Bereichs aktiv mit. Zur Verstärkung des IT Service Management-Teams wird eine lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit gesucht, die den stabilen Betrieb geschäftskritischer IT-Services sicherstellt und die Systemlandschaft nachhaltig weiterentwickelt.

Deine Aufgaben

* Du überwachst operativ IT-Services im Bereich Payment und Identity und stellst einen stabilen Betrieb sicher.

* Du analysierst Incidents, koordinierst deren Behebung und verantwortest das Problem- und Change-Management.

* Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern zusammen und fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle.

* Du begleitest die Einführung und Änderung von IT-Services im Rahmen von Releases.

* Du bringst deine technische Expertise aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung der IT-Service-Landschaft ein.

* Du übernimmst im Team turnusmäßig Rufbereitschaften und stellst auch außerhalb der Bürozeiten einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicher.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH, Uni) mit IT-Bezug oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

* Erste Berufserfahrung im IT Service Management oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle.

* Grundverständnis von ITIL-Prozessen, idealerweise mit entsprechender Zertifizierung.

* Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.

* Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie klare Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
