Arbeitszeit:

38,5 Stunden/Woche

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

ºProfessionelle Annahme und Abwicklung von IT-Support-Anfragen via Ticketsystem und Telefon

ºSchulung der Anwender in den IT Systemen für die optimale Nutzung im Unternehmen

ºZentrale Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten

ºBereitstellung von schnellen Erstlösungen im Remote Support für die Anwender

ºInstallation und Konfiguration von Software sowie Lizensierung

Ihr Profil:

ºAbgeschlossene IT- Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im IT Bereich

ºErfahrung im Microsoft- (Windows & MS Office) und Apple -Umfeld (macOS & iOS)

ºGute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation mit den Usern

ºTeamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um erfolgreich mit verschiedenen internen und externen Partnern zusammenzuarbeiten

º Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
