Wir betreiben mit Unterstützung der zentralen IT Abteilung die Office IT ... 1 IT-Support Engineer (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben * Ansprechperson für Endanwender/innen hinsichtlich aller IT-Anliegen * Störungen analysieren und nachhaltige Lösungen entwickeln - Standardisierung * Applikations-, OS sowie Hardwarebetreuung auf Servern und Clients * Patch Management, Upgrade und Troubleshooting von Serverumgebungen * Übernahme der Verantwortung für IT-Services (z.B.: Remote Management Environment, Softwareverteilung im Labor, etc.) * Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen und Anwender Informationen

Deine Qualifikation * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT, oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung * Gute Systemkenntnisse von Windows Client und Server OS, AD, M365 * Grundlegende Linux-, Virtualisierungs-, Storage-, Netzwerk- und Firewall-Kenntnisse sind vorhanden * Selbstständigen und verantwortungsbewussten Arbeitsstil * Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit * Starke Service-, Qualitäts- und Kundenorientierung * Spaß an der Technik und Interesse an permanenter Weiterbildung * Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
