Je werkzaamheden zijn o.a.: - Collega's ondersteunen bij vragen en problemen rondom hardware, software en telecom. - IT-issues oplossen, op afstand of op locatie. - Contact houden met collega's en externe IT-specialisten als dat nodig is. - Nieuwe collega's inwerken op IT-gebied (laptop, inloggegevens, software). - Installeren en updaten van systemen en applicaties. - Bijdragen aan een veilige, stabiele en moderne IT-omgeving. Wat breng jij mee? - Je hebt een mbo 3 of 4 opleiding in de richting van IT afgerond (ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste). - Je hebt basiskennis van Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019+, Office 2019+ en Microsoft 365. - Je bent nieuwsgierig, zelfstandig, klantgericht en denkt in oplossingen. - Je beschikt over een rijbewijs. - Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en kunt je redden in het Engels. - Extra punten als je al iets weet van netwerken, switches en routers.
