Jobomschrijving

  • Systeembeheer en ontwikkeling
  • Je beheert, onderhoudt en optimaliseert de IT-infrastructuur, waaronder installaties, configuraties, patching en upgrades.
  • Je werkt samen met interne teams en externe leveranciers aan de implementatie en integratie van IT-oplossingen.
  • Je volgt monitoring op en grijpt proactief in bij problemen met beschikbaarheid, capaciteit of performantie.
  • Je ondersteunt de verdere modernisering van de infrastructuur, met onder meer de verdere adoptie van Microsoft Azure en Linux-gebaseerde omgevingen voor core applicaties.
  • Je draagt bij aan de standaardisatie, automatisering en vereenvoudiging van het infrastructuurbeheer.
  • Probleemoplossing en ondersteuning
  • Je analyseert en lost complexe technische incidenten op die door de Service Desk worden geëscaleerd, voert root cause analyses uit en documenteert systeemwijzigingen, procedures en best practices.
  • Je neemt deel aan een wachtdienst voor de opvolging van kritische IT-incidenten buiten de reguliere werkuren.
  • Een bachelor in Computer Science, Toegepaste Informatica of een gerelateerd vakgebied, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in IT-systeembeheer, bij voorkeur binnen een kritische operationele omgeving.
  • Een goede kennis van Windows Server, ervaring met Linux (bij voorkeur Red Hat Enterprise Linux) en ervaring met virtualisatie, bij voorkeur VMware vSphere.
  • Sterke troubleshootingvaardigheden en een gestructureerde aanpak voor het analyseren en oplossen van complexe technische problemen, aangevuld met basiskennis van netwerkconcepten zoals TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP en VLAN's.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, een vlotte samenwerking met collega's, technische experts en externe leveranciers en een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Ervaring met één of meerdere van onderstaande domeinen is een troef:

  • Microsoft Azure en hybride cloudomgevingen.
  • Automatisering en scripting, bijvoorbeeld met PowerShell, en concepten zoals Infrastructure as Code.
  • Kennis van ITIL-processen zoals Incident, Problem en Change Management.
