* Abgeschlossene technische IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration, Planung & Weiterentwicklung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server, insb. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP und Gruppenrichtlinien

* Fundierte Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung, Storage, Backup, Monitoring & komplexem Troubleshooting

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik (TCP/IP, VLAN, Switching, Routing, Firewalls, VPN) sowie IT-Security

* Kenntnisse in Scripting und Automatisierung, idealerweise mit PowerShell

* Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 sowie Cloud- oder Hybrid-Infrastrukturen von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Kommunikations- & Teamfähigkeit, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Führerschein B und Bereitschaft zu Vor-Ort-Terminen

Das sind deine Aufgaben

* Planung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung anspruchsvoller IT-, Server- und Netzwerkumgebungen

* Administration und Optimierung von Windows-Server-, Virtualisierungs-, Storage- und Backup-Infrastrukturen

* Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung moderner LAN-, WLAN- und WAN-Umgebungen inklusive Switching, Routing, Firewalls, VPN und Security

* Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Störungen im 3rd-Level-Support sowie Übernahme einer technischen Experten- und Eskalationsrolle

* Standardisierung und Automatisierung administrativer Aufgaben mittels Scripting und geeigneter Tools

* Mitwirkung bei Infrastruktur-, Security-, Cloud- und Hybrid-Projekten

* Technische Beratung interner Fachbereiche und Kunden, Wissenstransfer im Team sowie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern

Deine Vergütung: Für diese Position gilt der IT-Kollektivvertrag, welches ein monatliches Bruttogehalt zwischen € 3.104,- und € 4.476,- vorsieht. Das tatsächliche Bruttogehalt ist abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
