1 IT-Systemadministrator:in Deine Aufgaben Als IT-Systemadministrator:in bist du bei uns verantwortlich für die Konfiguration, Wartung und den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer IT-Infrastruktur. Dazu gehört die Verwaltung von Servern, Netzwerken und Sicherheitssystemen, damit alles stabil läuft und die Performance stimmt. Du überwachst Systeme proaktiv, analysierst Fehler und unterstützt sowohl lokale als auch Cloud-basierte Systeme. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit der IT und den Fachabteilungen zusammen, um Lösungen umzusetzen, die unseren Unternehmenszielen und Sicherheitsstandards entsprechen.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

* Verwaltung, Konfiguration und Optimierung unserer Systemlandschaft (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, EntraID, DNS, DHCP, CA etc.) * Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Virtualisierungsumgebung (VMware) * Betreuung und Administration weiterer IT-Systeme (z. B. Cisco Call Manager, Firewall, VPN, Backup) für einen sicheren und stabilen Betrieb * Benutzersupport, Analyse von Problemen, Fehlerbehebung und Dokumentation der Lösungswege in unserer Wissensdatenbank * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen zu Systemkonfigurationen, Prozessen und Troubleshooting * Mitarbeit und Leitung von IT-Projekten sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer IT-Infrastruktur und Einführung neuer IT-Lösungen

* Du hast Geduld und erklärst auch weniger technikaffinen Kolleg:innen technische Themen verständlich * Du arbeitest strukturiert und methodisch bei der Lösung von IT-Herausforderungen * Proaktives Denken ist für dich selbstverständlich: Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale, schlägst Verbesserungen vor und automatisierst Abläufe * Hervorragende Problemlösungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten * Teamplayer mit Bereitschaft, flexibel bei Technology Operations zu unterstützen

Deine Qualifikationen

* Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, IT oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich oder gleichwertige Praxiserfahrung * Fundierte Erfahrung in der Systemadministration oder IT-Infrastruktur * Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server und Office 365 * Erfahrung mit VMware vCenter, virtuellen Maschinen und Speichertechnologien * Kenntnisse in Backup-Lösungen, Endpoint Management und Cloud-Plattformen * Erfahrung mit Netzwerktechnologien (Cisco, Fortinet) * Kenntnisse in Desktop as a Service (DaaS)-Lösungen (Citrix) und Mobile Device Management (MDM) wie MS Intune sind von Vorteil * Kenntnisse in Microsoft SQL Server und Salesforce sind ein Plus * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
