Meer dan 2000 professionals omarmen bij Smals elke dag de toekomst door zich in te zetten voor ICT for Society. Hoogtechnologische ICT-systemen zorgen voor meer efficiëntie in de belangrijke sociale verantwoordelijkheidsdomeinen van onze klanten zoals werk, gezin en gezondheid. Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jazeker, en uitdagend ook.

Jobomschrijving

Voor de versterking van ons HR-team zijn wij op zoek naar een IT Talent Sourcer.

In deze rol bouw je een sterke en kwalitatieve kandidatenpipeline uit. Je gaat dagelijks actief op zoek naar potentiële IT-professionals via diverse wervingskanalen en searchtools. Daarbij neem je ownership over je zoekacties en reflecteer je kritisch op je aanpak en resultaten.

Verder doe je een eerste kwalitatieve analyse van cv’s en voer je telefonische screenings uit. Op basis hiervan introduceer je kandidaten bij je collega-recruiters, die de verdere interviews en opvolging op zich nemen. Je bespreekt de resultaten en vervolgstappen regelmatig in overleg met het team, zodat het searchproces nauw aansluit bij de vooropgestelde criteria.

Om steeds de juiste profielen te vinden, volg je nauwgezet de trends en ontwikkelingen op de arbeidsmarkt op. Daarnaast neem je actief deel aan rekruteringsactiviteiten (bv. jobbeurzen en jobdagen). Je onderhoudt en breidt je netwerk en IT-talentpool voortdurend uit. Op die manier speel je een sleutelrol in het succesvol invullen van onze search-opdrachten.

Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur met een specialisatie in Human Resources, en hebt ervaring met rekrutering, sourcing of executive search. Een uitgesproken interesse met IT is daarbij een duidelijk pluspunt.

Je bent leergierig en resultaatgericht en haalt voldoening uit het overtuigen van kandidaten. Je weet daarin een professionele en persoonlijke aanpak te combineren.

Daarnaast neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor je acties, toon je doorzettingsvermogen en heb je een sterk gevoel voor initiatief.

Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede mondelinge kennis van het Frans.
