Über die Position

Wir suchen eine IT-Technikerin, einen IT-Techniker oder eine diverse Person (m/w/d) für unser

kleines, dynamisches IT-Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen, flachen

Hierarchien und einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung. Unsere Zusammenarbeit ist geprägt von

direkter Kommunikation und viel Kundenkontakt auf Augenhöhe, sowohl firmenintern als auch bei

unseren Kunden.

Rund 95 % unserer Dienstleistungen betreffen Microsoft-basierte IT-Infrastrukturen und Netzwerke.

Dazu gehören insbesondere Windows-Clients, Windows Server, Microsoft Azure sowie die Betreuung

und Weiterentwicklung moderner Unternehmensnetzwerke. Ein wesentlicher Teil der täglichen

Arbeit besteht aus Fehleranalyse, Troubleshooting und nachhaltiger Lösungsfindung.

Deine Aufgaben

º First- und Second-Level-Support für unsere Kunden

º Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in Client-, Server- und Netzwerkumgebungen

º Fernwartung sowie Einsätze direkt bei unseren Kunden vor Ort

º Installation, Wartung und Betreuung von Microsoft-basierten IT-Infrastrukturen

º Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten, Migrationen und Systemerweiterungen

º Nachvollziehbare Dokumentation von Lösungen und durchgeführten Arbeiten

Dein Profil

º Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation beziehungsweise einschlägige

Berufserfahrung

º Erfahrung im IT-Support, in der Fehleranalyse und im strukturierten Troubleshooting

º Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows, Windows Server und Microsoft Azure

º Praxiserfahrung mit On-Premises-Serverumgebungen ab Windows Server 2019

º Gutes Verständnis für Netzwerktechnik und IT-Infrastrukturen

º Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

º Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

º Führerschein der Klasse B

Kenntnisse, die von Vorteil sind

Microsoft SQL Server Kenntnisse in Administration, Betrieb oder Fehleranalyse

Ubiquiti Erfahrung mit Netzwerkkomponenten und deren Verwaltung

Zyxel Erfahrung mit Firewalls, Switches oder weiteren Netzwerklösungen

Microsoft 365 & Cloud Praxis mit Microsoft 365, Azure-Diensten oder hybriden Umgebungen

Projekte & Migrationen Erfahrung bei Umstellungen, Rollouts oder Systemerweiterungen

Gehalt gemäß IT-Kollektivvertrag

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt beträgt in der Tätigkeitsfamilie ST1, Einstiegsstufe, EUR

3.267,00 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht Bereitschaft

zur Überzahlung. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als IT-Techniker_in beträgt 3.267,00 EUR b
