Wir suchen 1 IT-Techniker_in 1st Level Support (m/w/d), 20 Wochenstunden (Mo - Fr), Graz/Steiermark

Ihre Aufgaben

Arbeitszeit: 20 Wochenstunden (Mo-Fr jeweils 4 Stunden), überwiegend am Nachmittag; die konkrete Einteilung erfolgt im Team.

Gemeinsam mit einem Kollegen sind Sie für folgende Tätigkeiten am Standort in Graz zuständig:

* Beschaffung, Inventarisierung und Verwaltung von Hard- und Software

* Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen und Unterstützung beim On- und Off-Boarding von Dienstnehmer:innen

* Vor-Ort-Support bei technischen Problemen rund um Hard- und Software

* Benutzerverwaltung und Betreuung von verschiedenen IT-Systemen (z.B.: ArgeData, BMD, JurXpert, Sharepoint)

* Bearbeitung und Koordination von IT-Anfragen unserer Dienstnehmer:innen

* Koordination und Priorisierung eingehender IT-Tickets als Schnittstelle mit dem externen IT-Dienstleister

* Verwaltung des Festnetzanschlusses (IP-Telefonie)

* Verwaltung der Mobiltelefone sowie deren Verträge

* Weiterleitung komplexer Fragen bzw. komplexerer Störungen an unseren externen IT-Dienstleister

Die Besetzung der Stelle erfolgt zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt!

Ihre Qualifikation

& Kompetenzen

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z.B.: Lehre, HTL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

* Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support von Vorteil

* Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365

* Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien

* Analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Lösungs- und serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln

* Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
