Accounting voor ondernemingen die de toekomst vormgeven

Deze onderneming op het Antwerpse Zuid is geen klassiek accountancykantoor. De organisatie ondersteunt innovatieve ondernemingen, universitaire spin-offs en scale-ups bij hun financiële ontwikkeling, met een sterke focus op biotech, life sciences, AI en technologie.

De dienstverlening gaat daarbij veel verder dan klassieke accountancy. Van boekhouding en fiscaliteit tot financiële planning, rapportering, funding, due diligence en begeleiding bij internationale groei: klanten worden gedurende verschillende fases van hun onderneming begeleid.

Voor de verdere uitbouw van de accountancyactiviteiten wordt gezocht naar een ITAA Accountant die inhoudelijk sterk is en graag werkt in een omgeving waar accountancy rechtstreeks verbonden is met ondernemerschap, innovatie en corporate finance.

Jouw rol

Als ITAA Accountant krijg je een belangrijke rol binnen de financiële dienstverlening aan een portefeuille van innovatieve ondernemingen.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • Het zelfstandig beheren van boekhoudkundige en fiscale dossiers van A tot Z;
  • Het voorbereiden en neerleggen van jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiften;
  • Het opvolgen van btw en andere fiscale verplichtingen;
  • Financiële rapportering en analyses;
  • Het ondersteunen bij financiële plannen, budgetten en cashflow-opvolging;
  • Het voorbereiden van dossiers voor audits, due diligence en financieringsrondes;
  • Het beantwoorden van fiscale en financiële vraagstukken;
  • Het fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor ondernemers en managementteams.

Je werkt daarbij in een omgeving waarin accounting, financial management, funding en corporate finance samenkomen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een ITAA-titel of bevind je in de laatste fase van het traject;
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring binnen accountancy en fiscaliteit;
  • Je bent zelfstandig in het beheren van dossiers;
  • Je werkt analytisch, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;
  • Je hebt interesse in ondernemerschap, technologie en innovatieve bedrijfsmodellen;
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met ondernemers en management;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
