Als ITIL Procesmanager bij Evides zorg je voor stabiele, efficiënte en toekomstbestendige ICT-processen. Je neemt de regie over het ontwerpen, implementeren en verbeteren van serviceprocessen en draagt daarmee direct bij aan een betrouwbare ICT-dienstverlening binnen de organisatie. Hierbij werk je samen met collega's binnen het Generieke ICT-domein, Agile teams en externe partners. Je beweegt je moeiteloos tussen de werelden van ITIL en Agile. Waar Agile teams continu werken aan digitale vernieuwing, zorg jij ervoor dat processen, kwaliteit en dienstverlening geborgd blijven. In een complexe ICT-omgeving met diverse leveranciers, moderne technologie en legacy-systemen creëer je structuur, samenhang en transparantie. Dankzij jouw expertise worden processen niet alleen ingericht, maar ook gedragen en continu verbeterd. Wie ben jij? Je bent een ervaren procesmanager die structuur weet aan te brengen in een complexe ICT-omgeving. Je combineert analytisch vermogen met overtuigingskracht en weet stakeholders op verschillende niveaus mee te nemen in veranderingen. Daarbij ben je resultaatgericht, kwaliteitsbewust en continu op zoek naar verbeterkansen. - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van ICT; - Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen een ICT-omgeving; - Aantoonbare ervaring met kwaliteits- en procesmanagement; - Ruime ervaring met IT-procesmanagement, procesdocumentatie en rapportages; - Ervaring met het initiëren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen; - Ervaring met het ontwerpen en optimaliseren van processen in samenwerking met proceseigenaren en stakeholders; - Ervaring met het bewaken van kwaliteitsnor...
