Dan komen wij graag met jou in contact! Wat je gaat doen als jeugdconsulent? Als jeugdconsulent help en ondersteun je het gezin en het kind als er complicaties zijn. Je beschikt over je eigen caseload en? voert gesprekken met het gezin en het kind om te kijken hoe de hulpvraag beantwoord kan worden. Je denkt in oplossingen en verbindt de juiste hulpverleners aan het gezin. De regie pak je op en neemt de nodige beslissingen. Dit doe je bij verschillende opdrachtgevers binnen de overheid op detacheringsbasis. Je beschikt als jeugdconsulent over een groot empathisch vermogen, je kan rust uitstralen en anderen gerust stellen. Problemen herken je direct en kan hierop inspelen. Tevens zit je niet graag stil en hou je van uitdaging door jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen door bij verschillende opdrachtgevers aan de slag te gaan. Waar jij over beschikt: - Afgeronde relevante hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van jeugdzorg, jeugdhulp, maatschappelijk werk, welzijn, pedagogiek, psychologie of een andere passende studie; - SKJ registratie (of je kan je registeren); - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in het vakgebied; - Je bent open, transparant, daadkrachtig en bent nieuwsgierig naar de beweegredenen van anderen; - Taakgericht werken en vindt samenwerken met collega's leuk en belangrijk; - Beschikbaar voor minimaal 32 uur per week.
