Für unser Bildungszentrum Graz Süd suchen wir engagierte Persönlichkeiten, die unsere Lehrlinge und Kursteilnehmende in technischen Ausbildungsberufen im Rahmen der überbetrieblichen Lehrausbildung (ÜBA) und Kompetenz mit System (KmS) erfolgreich in Unternehmen vermitteln und sie auf ihrem beruflichen Weg unterstützen.

Ihr Wirkungsbereich

* Vermittlung von Lehrlingen und Kursteilnehmenden in betriebliche Lehrstellen und Jobs

* Organisation und Begleitung von betrieblichen Anbahnungspraktika

* Laufende Recherchen zum regionalen Arbeitsmarkt

* Aufbau und Pflege zu Unternehmenskontakten sowie Firmenbesuche

* Unterstützung der Teilnehmenden beim Optimieren ihrer Bewerbungsunterlagen

* Vorbereitung auf Vorstellungsgespräche

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule o. Ä.)

* Erfahrung im Recruiting, Vertrieb oder in der Personalvermittlung

* Kenntnisse des regionalen Arbeitsmarktes

* Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel)

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Netzwerken

* Vertriebsorientiert und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Wertschätzender Umgang mit Menschen sowie Motivationsfähigkeit

* Führerschein B und eigener PKW

Entlohnung

Zusätzlich zu unseren umfangreichen Benefits zahlen wir € 3.128,82 Brutto/Monat (Vollzeit, 38 Stunden/Wo, lt. KV BABE, IVa/1). Die tatsächliche Einstufung ist abhängig von Ihrer einschlägigen beruflichen Erfahrung.
