Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar gemotiveerde operatoren. Het bedrijf heeft verschillende afdelingen en tijdens het eerste gesprek wordt samen bekeken welke afdeling en functie het beste aansluit bij jouw vaardigheden en interesses. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en teamwork centraal staan.

Jouw taken kunnen onder andere bestaan uit:

  • Instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van productiemachines
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles volgens de geldende normen
  • Signaleren en melden van afwijkingen of storingen in het proces
  • Actief meewerken aan het oplossen van technische problemen
  • Controleren, verpakken of verwerken van producten voor verder gebruik
  • Zorgen voor een nette, veilige en gestructureerde werkplek
  • Samenwerken met collega’s om het productieproces vlot en efficiënt te laten verlopen

Met jouw technische inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en teamspirit draag je bij aan een hoogwaardig eindresultaat en een soepel verlopende productie.

Als operator bij onze klant ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces. Je combineert technische kennis met een hands-onmentaliteit en draagt actief bij aan een veilige, efficiënte en kwaliteitsgerichte werkomgeving. Je bent niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en je blijft jezelf ontwikkelen.

  • Technisch onderlegd: Je hebt ervaring of opleiding in een technische richting en begrijpt hoe productieprocessen werken
  • Initiatiefnemer: Je wacht niet af, maar neemt zelf actie om processen te verbeteren
