Ben jij een echte aanpakker, minstens 18 jaar oud en heb je een uitstekende fysieke conditie? Werk je graag in de buitenlucht en ben je flexibel inzetbaar in de nazomer? Voor onze klant Exterioo in Oostkamp (Brugsestraat) zoeken we gemotiveerde jobstudenten die vanaf 10 augustus tot en met 30 september de handen uit de mouwen willen steken voor het marketingteam.

Heb je niet de hele periode tijd, maar kun je wel minstens 2 opeenvolgende weken werken? Ook dan horen we het graag!

Functiebeschrijving

Als jobstudent logistieke ondersteuning op de marketingafdeling kom je terecht in een superleuk en dynamisch team. Jij bent de onmisbare schakel achter de schermen bij professionele fotoshoots en productpresentaties van de Exterioo tuinmeubelen. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Je basisuurrooster is van 8u30 tot 17u, maar omdat deze shoots afhankelijk zijn van de planning en locaties, is flexibiliteit een must. Soms vertrek je heel vroeg in de ochtend of ben je wat later thuis. Dit wordt uiteraard altijd netjes vooraf afgestemd.

Leeftijd & Conditie: Je bent minstens 18 jaar oud (i.v.m. de flexibele/lange werkdagen) en beschikt over een goede fysieke conditie. Het tillen en verplaatsen van zware meubelen is voor jou geen probleem, en ook het zetten van tot wel 20.000 stappen per dag doe je met gemak.

Flexibele instelling: Je bent flexibel qua uren. Dagen kunnen soms al om 7 uur starten of wat langer doorlopen. Op rustigere dagen kan er in overleg minder gewerkt worden.

Mobiliteit: Je kunt je vlot verplaatsen naar de Brugsestraat in Oostkamp. Omdat deze locatie met het openbaar vervoer moeilijk bereikbaar is, is eigen vervoer (fiets, brommer of auto) noodzakelijk.

Talenkennis: Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands óf Engels om vlot te kunnen communiceren op de werkvloer.

Discreet & professioneel: Je komt over de vloer in de privetuinen van klanten en partners, integriteit en discretie zijn hierbij een absolute must.

Veiligheid: Je bent in het bezit van veiligheidsschoenen (verplicht op de werkvloer).

Beschikbaarheid: Je bent beschikbaar tussen 10/08 en 30/09, en kunt je minstens 2 opeenvolgende weken vrijmaken.

Het laden en lossen van goederen en meubilair (zoals zware tafels en loungesets) vanuit het magazijn in de camionette.

Het transporteren van de meubelen van het voertuig naar de specifieke shootlocaties (dit is vaak in de tuin van klanten of partners, wat soms een stukje lopen is).

Assisteren bij de opbouw en styling van de meubelsets op locatie.

Zorgen voor een vlotte en efficiënte logistieke flow binnen het marketingteam tijdens de shootdagen.
