Ben jij een student en op zoek naar een boeiende studenten job? Het Departement Cultuur, Jeugd en Media zoekt een student met juridische achtergrond om het team Media en Film te ondersteunen. Dit kan voor één à twee dagen per week van oktober 2026 tot eind juni 2027 of gedurende afgebakende intensievere periodes, afhankelijk van wat voor jou past.

Situering

Het Departement Cultuur, Jeugd en Media (CJM) staat in voor de voorbereiding, opvolging en evaluatie van het Vlaamse cultuur-, jeugd- en mediabeleid. Binnen het mediabeleid neemt het team Media en Film een centrale rol op in het ontwikkelen, actualiseren en juridisch onderbouwen van de Vlaamse mediaregelgeving, die vandaag grotendeels is opgenomen in het Vlaamse mediadecreet.

Door een tijdelijk capaciteitstekort en meerdere parallelle regelgevingstrajecten zoekt het Departement CJM juridische versterking ter ondersteuning van de drie vaste juristen. Als jobstudent krijg je de kans om je juridische expertise te verdiepen en uit te bouwen. Je werkt mee aan regelgeving en beleidsvoorstellen die inspelen op evoluties in het medialandschap.

Als jobstudent zou je ingeschakeld worden voor

- juridisch opzoekingswerk (o.a. in het kader van de herziening van het mediadecreet en de relevante Europese kaders);

- de voorbereiding en uitwerking van aanpassingen aan het mediadecreet en bijhorende uitvoeringsbesluiten;

- het actualiseren van juridische en technische omschrijvingen ter ondersteuning van het aangepaste radiobeleid;

- algemeen juridisch administratieve ondersteuning (bijv. verwerking van input uit publieke consultaties etc.). Als jobstudent moet je aan volgende voorwaarden voldoen:

• Je behaalde minstens een bachelordiploma in de rechten op het ogenblik van de aanwerving.

• Je hebt gedurende het school- of academiejaar dat aan deze indienstneming voorafgaat, voltijds of deeltijds, hoger niet-universitair of universitair onderwijs gevolgd - hiervan moet een attest worden ingediend.

• Je beschikt nog over voldoende uren om te kunnen werken tegen verminderde sociale bijdragen. Dit wil zeggen 650 uren verminderd met het aantal uren waarop je in 2026 al hebt gewerkt als student of waarvoor je al een studentencontract hebt getekend. Bij eventuele aanwerving moet je hiervan een attest van de website/app ‘student@work’ indienen. Om dit attest te downloaden kan je met een elektronische kaartlezer, token, itsme-app, een beveiligingscode via e-mail of een beveiligingscode via mobiele app aanmelden.
