The posting

Pierre Celishof is een woongroep in Hoegaarden. Er wonen volwassenen met een niet-aangeboren hersenletsel. Wij bieden een warme thuis aan onze zorggebruikers en hechten veel belang aan een gelijkwaardige en individuele omgang.

We gaan voortdurend in dialoog met de zorggebruikers om op die manier hun vragen naar ondersteuning te erkennen en we zoeken samen met hun naar antwoorden op hun zorgvragen.

Functiedoel:

De begeleid(st)er staat mee in voor de dagelijkse opvang en begeleiding van de bewoners en biedt een antwoord op hun zorgvragen. Dit in samenwerking met ouders/familie, collega’s en een multidisciplinair team.

Plaats in de organisatie: Je werkt in teamverband.

Je legt verantwoording af aan de teamcoach.

Jouw taken worden Je handelt voor elke zorggebruiker vanuit het principe van zorg-op-maat.

Je verwerft inzicht in de persoon van de bewoner (behoeften, interesses, gedrag, context,…).

Je werkt samen met ouders/familie, collega's en externe medewerkers.

Als begeleid(st)er zorg je er mee voor dat de dagelijkse werking vlot en goed verloopt.

Je kan zelfstandig werken, alsook constructief samen werken in teamverband.

We verwachten van jou Je bent minstens 18 jaar.

Je studeert in een richting menswetenschappen of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je gaat respectvol, hartelijk en geëngageerd om met de doelgroep.

Je hebt oog voor non-verbale signalen en noden van de bewoners.

Je doet graag verzorgend werk.

Je kan je flexibel inpassen binnen de geldende afspraken en je blijft evenwichtig

in sterk wisselende omstandigheden.

Je bent bereid te werken in een onregelmatig dienstrooster met weekendwerk (flexibiliteit).
