Je helpt mee zoeken naar geschikte kandidaten, voert eerste gesprekken en ondersteunt bij het vinden van de juiste match tussen kandidaat en bedrijf.

Een ideale studentenjob voor wie graag met mensen werkt, communicatief sterk is en wil ontdekken hoe recruitment er in de praktijk uitziet.

Wat ga je doen: - Cv’s screenen en geschikte kandidaten zoeken via jobboards en sociale media. - Kandidaten telefonisch en via e-mail contacteren. - Eerste screenings en kennismakingsgesprekken inplannen en voeren. - Kandidaten informeren over openstaande vacatures en mogelijkheden. - Meewerken aan het voorstellen van geschikte kandidaten bij klanten. - Kandidaten opvolgen tijdens verschillende stappen van het sollicitatieproces. - Kandidaatgegevens en gesprekken correct verwerken in de interne systemen. - Ondersteunen bij administratieve taken binnen recruitment. - Referenties opvragen en bijdragen aan een vlotte selectieprocedure. Sterk communicatief met vlotte en overtuigende gesprekstechniek. Sociaal ingesteld en comfortabel in telefonisch en digitaal kandidatencontact. Gedreven door rekrutering, HR en het verbinden van talent met opportuniteiten. Resultaatgericht met een commerciële reflex en focus op kwalitatieve matching. Stressbestendig en in staat om overzicht te bewaren in een dynamische omgeving. Gestructureerd in aanpak en sterk in prioriteitenbeheer. Positieve mindset met energie voor afwisseling en tempo. Leergierig en gemotiveerd om HR-vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Ervaring is een plus, maar jouw mindset en energie maken het verschil.
