Deine Aufgaben als Koch/Jungkoch (m/w/d)

* Rezepttreue Zubereitung von Speisen

* Kreatives Anrichten: Du setzt unsere Speisen optisch ansprechend in Szene

* Eigenverantwortliches Führen und koordinieren Deines Postens in der Küche

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenchef zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs

* Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit den Lebens- und Arbeitsmitteln

* Vorbereitung der Mise en Place

* Einhaltung der hauseigenen Standards

* Arbeiten nach den HACCP Standards

Das bringst Du mit:

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Koch

* Berufserfahrung in der Küche

* Engagement, saubere und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Ein Blick für Ordnung und Hygiene in der Abteilung

* Leidenschaft für den Kochberuf

* Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Deutschkenntnisse zur Verständigung von Arbeitsanweisungen
