Dit bedrijf is groothandel in biologische en ecologische producten. Ze leveren een ruime aanbod aan verse, droge en diepvriesproducten aan bio-supermarkten, natuur- en biovoedingswinkels en verlenen hen ook logistieke ondersteuning.

Jobomschrijving

Door de groei van de activiteiten van onze klant zoeken we een Aankoper groenten en fruit ter uitbreiding van de aankoopafdeling.

In de keten van teler tot klant zorg je als aankoper, doorheen het inkoopproces, voor een optimale voorraad en een gestroomlijnde logistiek. Van bij de start van de keten ben je reeds betrokken. Om de klanten de beste service te kunnen bieden zal je ook samenwerken met aankopers van andere afdelingen.

Jouw takenpakket als Aankoper:

  • Zorgen voor kwaliteitsproducten aan markconforme, maar competitieve prijzen door een een vlot, correct en regelmatig onderhoud met je leveranciers
  • Prijsbeheer en administratieve opvolging
  • Informeren van stakeholders over prijswijzigingen, beschikbaarheden en levertijden
  • Opvolgen van de voorraden en plaatsen van de nodige bestellingen
  • Opstellen van een areaal plan
  • Bezoeken van telers en deelnemen aan beurzen
  • Evalueren van leveranciers en producten op regelmatige basis

De gezochte Aankoper groenten en fruit:

  • Heeft reeds ervaring als inkoper in de voedingssector, kennis van bio is een plus
  • Beschikt over een zeer goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Weet prioriteiten te stellen en werkt efficiënt, ordelijk en gestructureerd
  • Is stressbestendig en kan zich flexibel opstellen
  • Heeft commercieel inzicht, ook in verhouding tot seizoensgebonden producten
