Onze klant gevestigd in Lommel is een toonaangevende groothandel voor de horeca met een assortiment van meer dan 30.000 producten. Ze combineren fysieke vestigingen, een webshop en snelle leveringen om klanten flexibel te ondersteunen.

Jobomschrijving

Als Junior Aankoper ondersteun je het volledige aankoopproces en bouw je mee aan sterke samenwerkingen met leveranciers. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over eigen dossiers en combineert analyses, onderhandelingen en productopvolging met een nauwe samenwerking met verschillende interne afdelingen.

  • Beheren en zelfstandig opvolgen van toegewezen aankoopdossiers
  • Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van duurzame relaties met leveranciers
  • Voeren en voorbereiden van prijsonderhandelingen en commerciële afspraken
  • Analyseren van prijzen, kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid en relevante marktontwikkelingen
  • Bewaken van de leverbetrouwbaarheid en proactief opvolgen van eventuele knelpunten
  • Zoeken naar nieuwe, onderscheidende en originele producten
  • Opvolgen van producten en gemaakte afspraken met leveranciers
  • Samenwerken met collega's van aankoop, logistiek, sales en andere interne afdelingen
  • Bijdragen aan een efficiënt en professioneel aankoopproces
  • Rapporteren aan de Senior Aankoopmanager
  • Bij voorkeur een bachelor in een economische of commerciële richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Eerste ervaring binnen aankoop of productbeheer vormt een pluspunt, maar is geen vereiste
  • Interesse in voeding en de horecasector
  • Affiniteit met verpakkingsproducten voor de horeca vormt een meerwaarde
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkhouding
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Teamgerichte ingesteldheid gecombineerd met voldoende zelfstandigheid
  • Positieve en enthousiaste persoonlijkheid
  • Leergierige houding en motivatie om verder te groeien binnen aankoop
