Headit is op zoek naar een Accountant voor een professionele en internationale organisatie waar nauwkeurigheid, samenwerking en continue verbetering centraal staan.

Voor een internationale en gestructureerde organisatie zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Accountant die houdt van een brede en hands-on rol binnen een finance team. Je bent betrokken bij de dagelijkse boekhouding, maandafsluitingen, rapporteringen, audits en het optimaliseren van financiële processen.

Het Belgische kantoor speelt een belangrijke rol binnen de bredere Europese organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen en krijgt de kans om je boekhoudkundige expertise verder uit te bouwen binnen een internationale context.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Accountant ondersteun je het Finance & Accounting team binnen een brede waaier aan activiteiten:

  • Je ondersteunt de Sales-afdeling bij boekhoudkundige vragen, SAP-boekingen en factuurcontroles;
  • Je volgt boekhoudkundige workflows op en zorgt ervoor dat financiële documentatie correct en tijdig wordt verwerkt;
  • Je verwerkt kostenfacturen, bankverrichtingen en onkostennota's van medewerkers in SAP;
  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij vragen rond boekhoudkundige processen en factuurverwerking;
  • Je denkt mee na over verbeteringen en optimalisaties van financiële processen;
  • Je ondersteunt bij maandafsluitingen en financiële rapporteringen;
  • Je voert reconciliaties, rekeningcontroles en opvolging van openstaande posten uit;
  • Je ondersteunt bij audits en bereidt de nodige documentatie voor interne en externe controles voor;
  • Je fungeert als back-up voor verschillende financiële activiteiten zoals betalingen, bankzaken, rapportering en ad-hoc boekhoudkundige taken;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Finance Manager en ondersteunt het team waar nodig.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding binnen Accountancy, Finance of een gelijkaardige richting;
  • Je hebt ongeveer 2 à 3 jaar ervaring binnen een boekhoudkundige functie;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van boekhoudkundige principes en financiële processen;
  • Ervaring met SAP is een sterke troef;
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en andere MS Office-toepassingen;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt een sterke affiniteit met cijfers;
  • Je bent proactief ingesteld en communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders;
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en hebt daarnaast een goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans.
