Als Junior Accountmanager beheer je bestaande klantenrelaties binnen de Benelux en werk je nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen. Je combineert commerciële opportuniteiten met een sterke operationele opvolging en legt zo de basis voor een verdere groei richting Key Account Management

Met verschillende vestigingen in Europa en een team van meer dan 150 medewerkers leveren zij dagelijks hoogwaardige producten aan supermarktketens en groothandels. Dankzij hun ondernemende mentaliteit, klantgerichte aanpak en focus op duurzaamheid zijn zij uitgegroeid tot een vaste waarde binnen hun markt. De organisatie combineert de wendbaarheid van een familiebedrijf met de ambitie van een internationale onderneming. Door recente investeringen en een vernieuwde strategie kijken zij volop naar de toekomst en verdere groei.

Omschrijving

  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten binnen de Benelux
  • Commerciële vragen, opportuniteiten en aanvragen opvolgen
  • Prijsvoorstellen en commerciële dossiers voorbereiden
  • Orders en klantendossiers administratief beheren
  • Samenwerken met aankoop, logistiek, planning en kwaliteit
  • Marktontwikkelingen analyseren en nieuwe opportuniteiten detecteren
  • Actief bijdragen aan klanttevredenheid en klantenbehoud
  • Mee bouwen aan de verdere uitbouw van bestaande accounts
  • Deelnemen aan klantbezoeken binnen de Benelux
  • Initiatief nemen en kansen omzetten in concrete acties
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • Een eerste relevante commerciële ervaring (ongeveer 2 jaar)
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een plus
  • Affiniteit met FMCG, retail of de voedingssector
  • Sterk organiserend vermogen en aandacht voor detail
  • Analytische mindset en interesse in cijfers
  • Proactieve houding en ondernemende ingesteldheid
  • Stressbestendig en sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten
  • Je houdt van een omgeving waar snel schakelen essentieel is
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
