Ben je geboeid door financiën en verzekeringen en ben je op zoek naar een job waarin je stap voor stap groeit tot een volwaardig adviseur? Wil je eerst een stevige technische basis opbouwen om nadien je commerciële talent volledig te ontplooien?

Voor een snelgroeiend verzekeringskantoor in de regio Wetteren is Pensaert & Partners op zoek naar een Junior Adviseur Verzekeringen om het team verder te versterken. Het kantoor bestaat uit een jong en dynamisch team dat elke dag inzet op expertise, service en teamwerking om klanten de best mogelijke oplossingen te bieden.

Je stapt in een uitgestippeld groeitraject: je start in de back-office, waar je de technische kennis van verzekeringsproducten grondig onder de knie krijgt. Vervolgens groei je door naar een commerciële rol voor particulieren, om op termijn uit te groeien tot adviseur voor zelfstandigen en ondernemingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je start in de back-office en bouwt er een stevige technische kennis op van de verschillende verzekeringsproducten.
  • Je maakt offertes op, stelt polissen op en beheert je dossiers nauwgezet van begin tot einde.
  • Je houdt alle betrokkenen zorgvuldig op de hoogte en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige opvolging.
  • Na je opleidingsfase groei je door naar een commerciële rol, waarin je particuliere klanten adviseert over al hun verzekeringsvragen, meestal op kantoor en soms ook bij de klant thuis.
  • Je speelt proactief in op de behoeften van klanten en detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie uit met je klanten, de verzekeringsmaatschappijen en de experts.
  • Op termijn neem je een adviserende rol op voor zelfstandigen en ondernemingen, waarin je hen begeleidt bij hun professionele verzekeringsnoden.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master met een achtergrond in financiën of verzekeringen, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent op zoek naar je eerste uitdaging, of je hebt al een eerste relevante ervaring opgebouwd binnen de financiële of verzekeringssector.
  • Je hebt commerciële feeling, bent vlot in de omgang en uitgesproken klantgericht.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt oprechte interesse in de verzekeringswereld.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen dossiers.
  • Je durft zelf initiatief te nemen en werkt resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die het teamresultaat vooropstelt.
  • Je hebt de ambitie om op termijn door te groeien naar een commerciële en adviserende functie.
