Omwille van de groei van onze activiteiten en de opstart van een nieuwe productie-eenheid voor Pen Needles, investeren we de komende jaren in bijkomende productiecapaciteit, geavanceerde automatisering en uitgebreide datacaptatie. Daarom breiden we ons Technical & Maintenance Team uit.

Job Summary

Voor onze toekomstige Pen Needle-organisatie zoeken we enthousiaste techniekers met interesse in elektromechanica, automatisatie en industriële netwerksystemen.

Deze nieuwe productiefaciliteit start op in het najaar van 2026, zodat je als technieker van bij de start heel actief betrokken bent bij de kennisopbouw van alle machines en processen.

In deze eerste maanden werk je voornamelijk in dagdienst. Erna groei je mee naar een 2-ploegensysteem of nachtploeg.

Job Responsibilities

Als storingstechnieker Packaging zorg je ervoor dat de machines en verpakkingslijnen in jouw productiearea zoveel mogelijk in optimale running condities kunnen produceren.

  • Diagnoses stellen en storingen oplossen aan hoogtechnologische verpakkingsmachines en -lijnen
  • Herstellingen uitvoeren op mechanisch, elektrisch, pneumatisch en softwarematig vlak
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren en technische verbeteringen voorstellen om stilstanden te vermijden
  • Machines kalibreren en fijn afstellen volgens strikte kwaliteits- en validatievereisten
  • Problemen analyseren binnen industriële netwerken en communicatie tussen PLC's, HMI's, SCADA-systemen, servosturingen en sensoren
  • Samenwerken met engineering, QA, process engineers en productie in het kader van verbeterprojecten en root cause analyses
  • Technisch operatoren begeleiden en trainen in eenvoudige interventies en procesbijsturingen
  • Interventies correct documenteren volgens GMP- en kwaliteitsprocedures
  • Veiligheids-, hygiëne- en cleanroomrichtlijnen strikt naleven

Opleiding & ervaring

  • A2-diploma of Bachelor in Elektromechanica, Automatisatie of gelijkaardig
  • Ervaring met geautomatiseerde productielijnen of verpakkingsmachines
  • Ervaring in een gereguleerde omgeving (pharma, medical devices, voeding, chemie…) is een sterke troef
  • Bereid om op termijn in ploegen en/of wachtdiensten te werken

Technische kennis

Je hebt kennis van:

  • Mechanica en pneumatica
  • Elektrische schema's, bekabeling en sturingen
  • PLC-systemen (Allen Bradley, Siemens, B&R)
  • HMI- en SCADA-systemen
  • Industriële netwerken zoals Ethernet/IP en Profinet
  • PC-toepassingen zoals SAP en MS Office
