Voor onze klant, een sterk groeiend familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in transport tussen het Europese vasteland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk, is Manpower op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven Junior Planner om het UK-team te versterken

Jobomschrijving

Als Junior Planner maak je deel uit van het operationele planningsteam en zorg je mee voor een vlotte opvolging van de dagelijkse transportactiviteiten. Je krijgt de kans om de UK-planning grondig aan te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de transportwereld.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse transportplanning voor het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
  • Opvolgen en controleren van transporten en lopende opdrachten.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en snel bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Contact onderhouden met transportpartners en onderaannemers.
  • Terugkoppelingen geven aan planners en de customer service afdeling.
  • Mee instaan voor een efficiënte en klantgerichte dienstverlening.
  • Prioriteiten bepalen in overleg met collega's en de teamleader.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een vlotte operationele werking.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau.
  • Een eerste werkervaring binnen planning, administratie of logistiek is een pluspunt maar ben je net afgestudeerd, dan kom je zeker ook in aanmerking.
  • Verder beschik je over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede professionele kennis van het Engels.
  • Kennis van Frans is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Ook gemotiveerde junior profielen met een sterke leergierigheid komen in aanmerking.
  • Affiniteit met transport en logistiek is een troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt omgaan met veranderende prioriteiten.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je communiceert professioneel met collega's, klanten en onderaannemers.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Tot slot kan je goed overweg met de gebruikelijke pc-toepassingen.
