Voor een innovatieve softwareontwikkelaar zoeken we een nauwkeurige en klantgerichte Customer Service Medewerker NL/FR voor eerstelijnstelefonie

Jobomschrijving

  • In deze rol ga je de back office in een eerste fase ondersteunen en ben jij hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten
  • Je onderzoekt de vraag en helpt de klant zo goed mogelijk verder waarbij je alles registreert in het systeem.
  • Je informeert de klant over de voortgang van projecten en gemaakte afspraken.
  • Complexere vragen stuur je door naar de back office die dit verder zal opvolgen
  • Je werkt met een gebruiksvriendelijk platform om klantgegevens, meetdata en facturaties correct te verwerken.
  • Ben jij iemand die houdt van inbound telefonie, vlot Nederlands en Frans (8/10) praat én graag helpt?
  • Combineer je dit graag met een stevige dosis energie en klantgerichtheid?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordenkniveau en je bent digitaal aangelegd
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met telefonie op een binnendienst, helpdesk of customer service maar bachelor schoolverlaters met een goede kennis Frans zijn ook welkom om zich kandidaat te stellen
  • Tot slot voel je je thuis in een dynamische werkomgeving en heb je affiniteit met IT en digitale processen, doch is er geen ervaring of specifieke IT kennis vereist.
