Voor onze klant binnen de onderwijssector regio Antwerpen zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior Boekhoudkundig Medewerker (m/v/x).

Jouw takenpakket

Als boekhoudkundig medewerker ondersteun je de financiële administratie van de organisatie en sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het verwerken, controleren en opvolgen van facturatie en bijdragen;
  • Het verwerken van aankoopfacturen en opvolgen van betalingen;
  • Het klantvriendelijk opvolgen van openstaande rekeningen;
  • Het voorbereiden van periodieke afsluitingen;
  • Het correct verwerken van het elektronisch kasboek;
  • Het ondersteunen bij administratieve aangiftes en fiscale attesten;
  • Het meedenken over optimalisaties binnen administratieve processen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je behaalde een diploma bachelor accountancy/fiscaliteit, een graduaat boekhouden of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en verantwoordelijk;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling;
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Belgische boekhoudregels en btw-administratie;
  • Je bent vlot met digitale tools en administratieve systemen;
  • Je gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie;
  • Interesse in onderwijs of een maatschappelijke omgeving is een plus.
