Als Junior Business Developper in de verzekeringssector ondersteun je het salesteam bij het uitbreiden van het klantenbestand en het onderhouden van zakelijke relaties. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het identificeren van nieuwe kansen en het bijdragen aan de groei van de organisatie.

Als Junior Business Developper:

  • Identificeer je nieuwe zakelijke kansen en prospecteer je potentiële klanten.
  • Ondersteun je het salesteam bij het opstellen van offertes en contracten.
  • Bouw je duurzame relaties op met bestaande klanten.
  • Analyseer je markttrends en rapporteer je inzichten aan het team.
  • Werk je nauw samen met interne teams om klantbehoeften te begrijpen en te vervullen.
  • Beheer je administratieve taken die verband houden met verkoopactiviteiten.
  • Draag je bij aan het realiseren van verkoopdoelstellingen.
  • Neem je deel aan teamvergaderingen en deel je jouw ideeën en suggesties.

Als Junior Business Developper heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een opleiding in een relevante richting, zoals sales, marketing of economie.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en bent resultaatgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot en bent klantgericht.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de verzekeringssector of bent bereid deze te verwerven.
  • Je bent een teamspeler en kan goed samenwerken.
  • Je bent flexibel en past je snel aan nieuwe situaties aan.
  • Je beschikt over basisvaardigheden in administratief werk en rapportage.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels en/of Frans.
