Als Junior Calculator krijg je de kans om het vak echt te leren en jezelf stap voor stap te ontwikkelen. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's en krijgt de begeleiding die je nodig hebt om uiteindelijk zelfstandig calculaties op te pakken. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Calculator houd je je bezig met het voorbereiden en uitwerken van verschillende bouwprojecten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het maken en controleren van calculaties en begrotingen; - Het opvragen en beoordelen van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Het analyseren van bouwtekeningen, bestekken en andere projectdocumentatie; - Het maken van kostprijsberekeningen; - Het meedenken over bouwmethodes, materialen en mogelijke besparingen; - Het ondersteunen van ervaren calculators en projectteams; - Het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde, Built Environment of een vergelijkbare opleiding; - Je bent junior of hebt maximaal enkele jaren ervaring binnen de bouw; Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau MBO Aanbod: - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €3.200 en €4.000, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; - Een mooie junior functie binnen de bouw; - Goede begeleiding en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen; - Mogelijkheden om opleidingen en cursussen te volgen; Bedrijfsprofiel . Je komt te werken bij een nieuwbouw organisatie die zich richt op hoogwaardige en complexere woningbouw. In jou rol als junior calculator word je begeleid door een ervaren calculator die jou alle kneepjes van het vak zal gaan leren.
