  • Je leert hoe je een centrum efficiënt organiseert en commercieel succesvol uitbouwt.
  • Je groeit geleidelijk in het aansturen van teams, processen en verschillende afdelingen binnen het centrum.
  • Je ontwikkelt vaardigheden in personeelsmanagement, financiële opvolging, planning, organisatie en klantbeleving.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit, zowel met interne partners als externe partners en stakeholders.

Samenwerken en leren

  • Je werkt intensief samen met het lokale managementteam en het nationale LAGO-netwerk.
  • Je wisselt kennis en best practices uit met andere centra.
  • Je krijgt begeleiding van ervaren managers en leert hoe strategische en operationele doelstellingen worden gerealiseerd.

Jouw toekomst als Centrummanager

  • Na het succesvol afronden van het traject ben je klaar om de eindverantwoordelijkheid op te nemen voor een LAGO-centrum, waarbij je de dagelijkse werking aanstuurt en je verantwoordelijk bent voor:
  • Operationeel beheer op een veilige manier; Financiële resultaten en budgetten; Personeelsbeleid en teamontwikkeling; Commerciële groei; Infrastructuur en facility management; Kwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid.

Je bent een gedreven professional met leiderschapspotentieel en een sterke interesse in people management in een sterk operationele omgeving en bedrijfsvoering.
