Je komt terecht binnen een gevestigde organisatie actief in transport en internationale logistieke dienstverlening. Binnen de Claims-afdeling werk je aan dossiers die rechtstreeks impact hebben op klanten, vervoerders en verzekeraars.

Van melding tot correct afgehandeld schadedossier

Als Junior Claims Advisor behandel je voornamelijk kleinere schadedossiers binnen de transportafdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier volledig, correct en tijdig wordt opgevolgd.

Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met communicatie en opvolging. Je verzamelt informatie, controleert documenten en houdt alle betrokken partijen op de hoogte.

Concreet:

  • Je opent schadedossiers en volgt deze van A tot Z op.
  • Je verzamelt en controleert documenten zoals CMR’s, schadeformulieren, foto’s en andere transportdocumentatie.
  • Je vraagt ontbrekende informatie actief op bij klanten, collega’s, verzekeraars of vervoerders.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers administratief volledig en actueel blijven.
  • Je informeert klanten over de stand van zaken en verdere stappen.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met verzekeraars en interne afdelingen.
  • Je communiceert met buitenlandse transportpartners, voornamelijk in het Engels.
  • Je bewaakt openstaande acties, deadlines en dossierstatussen.
  • Je ondersteunt collega’s bij complexere schadedossiers en bouwt zo verdere expertise op.

Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en communicatief

We zoeken iemand die graag orde brengt in informatie en voldoening haalt uit dossiers die correct zijn afgewerkt.

Idealiter heb je 1 à 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen schadebeheer, verzekeringen, transportadministratie, logistiek of customer service. Ervaring met CMR’s of transportdocumentatie is een sterke troef.

Een sterke administratieve basis en het vermogen om snel nieuwe materie op te nemen zijn belangrijker.

Talen

  • Nederlands: vlot spreken en schrijven.
  • Frans: voldoende om eenvoudige professionele gesprekken te voeren en mails te begrijpen of op te stellen.
  • Engels: goede kennis voor communicatie met buitenlandse partners.

Daarnaast werk je nauwkeurig, hou je overzicht over meerdere dossiers en neem je zelf initiatief wanneer informatie ontbreekt. Je communiceert correct met verschillende partijen en hebt interesse in schadebeheer, verzekeringen en transport.
