The posting

Onze klant is een familiebedrijf uit Meulebeke dat al sinds 1972 maatpanelen maakt voor professionele toepassingen. Intussen staat de vierde generatie mee aan het roer. Vanuit het atelier vertrekken panelen naar de interieur-, meubel- en industriesector.

Techniek en maatwerk gaan er hand in hand. Het atelier beschikt over moderne CNC-machines van Homag en Biesse, waarmee niet alleen rechte vormen maar ook complexe contouren en uitsparingen worden gefreesd. Ook duurzaamheid krijgt aandacht: onze klant werkt met PEFC-gecertificeerd hout uit een Europese keten.

Jobomschrijving

Je komt terecht in het atelier in Meulebeke, waar maatpanelen worden gemaakt voor toepassingen die je misschien niet meteen verwacht. Denk aan kantoormeubilair, winkeldisplays of zelfs een behuizing voor een apotheekrobot. Elk onderdeel begint bij een technisch plan en eindigt bij een paneel dat tot op de millimeter klopt.

Jouw werkdag ziet er ongeveer zo uit:

  • Je leest een technisch plan en vertaalt dit naar de CNC-machine
  • Je stelt een Biesse Rover of Homag BAZ in
  • Je freest panelen volgens de gewenste vorm en maat
  • Je volgt het productieproces op en stuurt bij wanneer nodig
  • Je controleert elk stuk op maat en afwerking
  • Je voert klein en preventief onderhoud uit
  • Je houdt je werkplek netjes en overzichtelijk

Het resultaat mag er zijn: onze klant haalt een fout- en afvalpercentage van minder dan 0,02%. Nauwkeurig werken maakt hier dus écht een verschil.

  • Je hebt ervaring met houtbewerking of wil dit vak graag leren
  • Je kunt een technisch plan lezen
  • Je beschikt over technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht
  • Je hebt oog voor een nette afwerking
  • Je bent bereid om de CNC-techniek stap voor stap aan te leren

Een extra troef, maar zeker geen must:

  • Ervaring met CNC-besturing
  • Kennis van WoodWOP of CAD-CAM
  • Ervaring met meubelmakerij of machinale houtbewerking
  • Zelf productietekeningen kunnen opmaken
